A simply signed copy of the Power of Attorney should be provided within three months from the filing date.
Priority Document
A certified copy of the Priority Document must be provided within sixteen months from the earliest priority date. The title of the priority document must be translated into Chinese.

Design Patents are usually granted within one year and offer a ten-year protection term from the filing date.
